Description of the Requirement: 

This requirement is seeking the services of a Senior Financial Management Consultant under the Task and Solutions Professional Services – Tasked Based Supply Arrangement E60ZT-18TSPS with the overall objective to put in place practices and tools to improve upon financial services and look for innovative ways to address service delivery challenges and identify cost effective ways to improve resourcing delivery across the agency. The Senior Financial Management Consultant will review financial processes/activities across the agency, propose improvements and a strategy to implement them. The exercise will clarify the roles and responsibilities of all involved in order to improve client services while strengthening accountability. The initial contract period will be from contract award to March 31st, 2025.
